Clear Thinking by Shane Parrish
Great thinking comes from being able to think about ways to think... #meta
It's a little meta to think about a book wholly dedicated to thinking, but I absolutely loved the fresh look at why our natural operating systems behave the way we do and the ample challenges along the way to level up the way we face, process, and act upon decisions.
Bonus: Shane publishes of my only regularly read newsletters, Farnam Street.
Biggest Takeaway: Great thinking isn't just about being the smartest person in the room. It's about being really clear about what you want, humble about what you don't know about how to get there, and guided by pre-defined criteria to land on the best option to move you closer to your goals.
