Creative Selection by Ken Kocienda
The best products are made by small teams who are willing to always improving.
It's rare to come across an Apple book that is not 100% about Steve Jobs. This one knocked it out of the park. Written by an engineer who was inside the extraordinary product machine during Apple's rise to dominance it's a detailed look at how the best teams in the world came together to create the best products we know and use today. Yes, there are still a few Steve Jobs stories, but this book lands as both a killer inside view of how products like the iPhone and iPad were developed, but also how teams can better operate for whatever they are creating.
Biggest Takeaway: Great ideas come from great processes of review & revision.
